200 Hour Teacher Training

Autumn 2021

with Yogarise

I lead Yogarise's 200 Hour Foundational Level Yoga Teacher Training, supported by six other expert teachers, each bringing their own specialism to the programme.

In October 2021, we plan to head to the beautiful Talalla Retreat centre in Sri Lanka to kick off training with a 2 week residential, followed by six weekends in London after we return.

Find out all of the details, here.

About me

I have been a student on the path of Yoga since 2000, a teacher of Yoga since 2004 and a Teacher Trainer for more than six years. I have trained with a multitude of inspiring teachers, including Richard Freeman, Mary Taylor, and Matthew Sanford. I run the Teacher Training programme at Yogarise, as well as my own 200 and 500 Hour courses, based both in London and abroad.

I am a workshop leader at Imperial College’s annual GPs conference, and lecturer at Imperial Medical School, teaching a module about the Science of Yoga and Mindfulness to GPs in training. I am a true believer that Yoga is for everyone no matter what the circumstance, teaching in both schools and in prison.

My main teaching style is Vinyasa Krama combined with a strong focus on philosophy, inclusivity, nature, current events, Buddhism and karma yoga. I remain forever grateful to those who have influenced my teaching.
