Signing up for classes directly with me
You can now sign up for classes directly with me, here. Choose the class you want to attend, select the price you are happy with, and pay with your credit or debit card.
You will first receive a confirmation email, and then another email with the Zoom link for class one hour before it begins. If you sign up in the hour before class starts, this will all just come in one email.
Any problems with this process, email me at email@example.com
I am recording every online class to make available on demand, via this site, so do check that out if you can't make a live class at the time. You will find these under the 'Video Recordings' tab.
Over the past five years, more than 200 students have completed Yoga Alliance accredited Teacher Training and Mentorships with me. See below for the Trainings and Mentorships I have coming up.
I also offer private Teacher Training and Mentorship.
200 Hour Teacher Training
I lead Yogarise's 200 Hour Foundational Level Yoga Teacher Training, supported by six other expert teachers, each bringing their own specialism to the programme.
The next training begins in March 2021, kicking off with a 2 week residential in a beautiful spot in Wales, followed by six weekends in London.
Find out all of the details, here.
(Hopefully) returning in 2021
I have been a student on the path of Yoga since 2000, a teacher of Yoga since 2004 and a Teacher Trainer for more than six years. I have trained with a multitude of inspiring teachers, including Richard Freeman, Mary Taylor, and Matthew Sanford. I run the Teacher Training programme at Yogarise, as well as my own 200 and 500 Hour courses, based both in London and abroad.
I am a workshop leader at Imperial College’s annual GPs conference, and lecturer at Imperial Medical School, teaching a module about the Science of Yoga and Mindfulness to GPs in training. I am a true believer that Yoga is for everyone no matter what the circumstance, teaching in both schools and in prison.
My main teaching style is Vinyasa Krama combined with a strong focus on philosophy, inclusivity, nature, current events, Buddhism and karma yoga. I remain forever grateful to those who have influenced my teaching.
